About the Founder
Lunovi Real Estate was founded by Sabine Vicioso David, who has been living in Punta Cana for over 20 years. With a background in the financial sector and deep local connections, Sabine combines structure, transparency and market knowledge to guide clients safely through the Dominican real estate market.
Originally from Germany, she is a well-connected member of the local community and works closely with trusted professionals across the region, including attorneys, developers and property management teams.
