Short-Term Rental Policy
All rentals under 180 days must be managed exclusively through BlueStays. They handle marketing, guest communication, check-in/out, cleaning, linen service, and rental administration.

Management Fee
BlueStays retains 30% of monthly net income. The remaining 70% is paid to owners after deducting HOA fees, electricity, and internet.
